Investing Futures respects the intellectual property of others and expects readers and contributors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable Indian law.
Filing a notice
Send your notice to contact@investingfutures.in with the subject line “DMCA notice”. To be actionable, it must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do next
Valid notices are reviewed within five working days. Material that appears to infringe is removed or disabled while we investigate, and the contributor who supplied it is notified.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.
Quoting our work
You may quote up to 75 words from an article with a visible credit and a link to the original page. Republishing full articles, our charts or our datasets requires written permission from contact@investingfutures.in.
